This story highlights a pain we uncovered in our early research when building KegMetrics. That pain is just how difficult, time consuming or even challenging it is to remember to QC and service each keg at proper intervals. Furthermore, many breweries informed us that it wasn’t always clear what keg needed what kind of service because typically you have kegs running at different return and fill rates. It’s just a big pain to keep up with it all.
